In these Terms & Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context otherwise requires:
2.1 By accessing the 666duit website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any 666duit Service, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules applicable to specific products (including but not limited to Sportsbook Rules, Casino Rules, and Poker Room Rules).
2.2 These Terms apply from the moment you first access the 666duit platform, regardless of whether you have completed the registration process. If you access the website as a guest, these Terms govern your browsing activity to the extent applicable.
2.3 Your continued use of the 666duit platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. 666duit will notify Members of material amendments via the registered email address on file and/or via an in-platform notification.
2.4 If you are accessing 666duit on behalf of a corporate entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and references to "you" shall include that entity.
You must be at least 21 years of age to register a 666duit account and use any 666duit Service. This requirement is non-negotiable and applies to all Members regardless of jurisdiction. 666duit reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including but not limited to a copy of a valid Malaysian identity card (MyKad), passport, or other government-issued identification. Where age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily, 666duit may suspend or permanently close the relevant account and withhold any associated balance pending investigation.
Each individual natural person is permitted to hold only one (1) 666duit account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, names, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any bonuses claimed across those accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 666duit may, at its discretion, withhold balances pending an investigation into the circumstances.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are obligated to maintain the accuracy of your registered information throughout your membership. 666duit may require re-verification of any registered detail at any time, particularly upon a withdrawal request exceeding specified threshold amounts. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
666duit is operated for and directed at adult players in jurisdictions where online gaming is permitted under the applicable international licensing framework. It is the Member's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using 666duit is lawful in their jurisdiction prior to registration. 666duit makes no representation that its services are legally available in all locations from which the platform may be technically accessible.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 666duit account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party.
4.2 All activity occurring under your 666duit account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — shall be deemed to have been authorised by you, unless you have notified 666duit in writing of a suspected unauthorised access event.
4.3 You must notify 666duit support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any security breach. 666duit will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain credential security.
4.4 666duit strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. Where 2FA is available and the Member has not enabled it, the Member accepts a higher degree of personal responsibility for any unauthorised account access that could have been prevented by 2FA.
4.5 You must not allow any other person to use your 666duit account. Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable.
Deposits to your 666duit wallet must be made using payment methods approved by 666duit, which currently include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, and USDT TRC20. 666duit reserves the right to add, remove, or modify approved payment methods without prior notice. The minimum single deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise stated in active promotional terms. All deposits are denominated and credited in MYR.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the Member's verified Malaysian bank account or registered e-wallet. The minimum single withdrawal is RM50 unless otherwise stated. 666duit processes approved withdrawal requests within 5–30 minutes during operational hours, subject to standard anti-money-laundering (AML) verification procedures. 666duit reserves the right to request additional Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly first withdrawals or withdrawals above defined thresholds.
You must not deposit funds into your 666duit account from a payment method or bank account that is not in your name. Equally, withdrawals will only be processed to accounts or e-wallets registered in your own name. Third-party payments constitute a material breach of these Terms and will trigger a full account review, potential account suspension, and referral to our AML compliance team.
Initiating a payment chargeback or reversal against a 666duit deposit without first following 666duit's internal dispute resolution process is a material breach of these Terms. 666duit reserves the right to recover chargeback amounts, suspend the account, and pursue recovery through debt collection channels where applicable.
6.1 All bets placed on the 666duit sportsbook are governed by the 666duit Sportsbook Rules, which are published on the platform and incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of a conflict between a specific product rule and these General Terms, the specific product rule shall prevail in respect of that product.
6.2 All bets are final once confirmed by the 666duit system. You are responsible for verifying the details of your bet — including selection, stake amount, and odds — before confirming. Errors in bet placement that have been confirmed by the system will not generally be reversed unless a clear platform error is identified.
6.3 666duit reserves the right to void any bet where it determines that the bet was placed on an event with incorrect odds due to a manifest platform error, where collusion or match manipulation is suspected, or where the bet contravenes these Terms.
6.4 Casino games at 666duit use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems (where applicable). Game outcomes are determined by the certified system and are final. 666duit is not responsible for any telecommunications or internet connectivity issues experienced by a Member during a gaming session.
6.5 The maximum payout per single bet or casino round is subject to platform-wide and product-specific limits. These limits are communicated within the relevant product section of the 666duit platform.
7.1 666duit may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to Members. All such offers are subject to specific promotional terms that will be published alongside the offer and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
7.2 Bonuses are generally subject to wagering requirements — minimum bet turnover conditions that must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings are transferable to the withdrawable wallet balance. The specific wagering requirement, eligible games or bet types, minimum odds, and expiry period for each bonus are stated in the applicable promotional terms.
7.3 666duit reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time, with or without notice, where it determines that the bonus is being exploited, that a Member has created multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, or where the promotional terms have been violated.
7.4 Members who are self-excluded under the responsible gaming framework are not eligible to participate in promotions during the self-exclusion period.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:
9.1 All content on the 666duit platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, trademarks, game content provided under licence from third-party suppliers, written content, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of 666duit or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 666duit platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to copying, modifying, distributing, publicly displaying, reverse engineering, or commercially exploiting any platform content or software.
9.3 The 666duit name, logo, and all associated marks are trademarks of 666duit. You may not use these marks in any manner without prior written consent.
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 666duit's total aggregate liability to any Member arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the 666duit platform shall be limited to the net amount of funds held in that Member's account at the time the claim arises.
10.2 666duit shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or reputational harm — even if 666duit has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10.3 666duit does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, and third-party network failures may affect platform availability. 666duit will not be liable for losses incurred as a result of platform unavailability.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11.1 666duit is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among its Members. All Members are reminded that gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment and not as a source of income or financial recovery mechanism.
11.2 666duit provides the following responsible gaming tools to all Members, accessible via account settings:
11.3 The minimum age for 666duit membership is 21 years. 666duit employs age verification measures and may request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts of individuals found to be under 21 will be closed immediately and all funds returned subject to verification of source.

12.1 666duit reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it determines that these Terms have been breached, where required to do so by applicable law or licensing authority direction, or where continuing to operate the account would expose 666duit to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.
12.2 Upon closure of an account for a breach of these Terms (including but not limited to fraud, multi-accounting, or money laundering), 666duit may withhold the account balance pending a full investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, 666duit may forfeit the balance to the extent permitted by applicable law and licensing conditions.
12.3 A Member may close their own 666duit account at any time by submitting a written request to the support team. All pending bets will be settled according to their natural outcomes before the account is closed. Any remaining verified balance will be returned to the Member via the last-used payment method.
13.1 These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 666duit holds its international gaming licence. This does not affect your statutory rights under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
13.2 In the event of a dispute between a Member and 666duit arising from these Terms or the use of the platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through 666duit's internal complaint escalation process — commencing with a written complaint submitted to [email protected]. 666duit undertakes to acknowledge all written complaints within 2 business days and to provide a substantive response within 10 business days.
13.3 If the dispute cannot be resolved through internal escalation, the Member may refer the matter to the relevant gaming authority dispute resolution body applicable under 666duit's licensing framework, in accordance with that authority's published dispute resolution procedures.
14.1 666duit reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, 666duit will provide not less than 7 days' advance notice via the Member's registered email address and/or via an in-platform banner notification.
14.2 It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Effective Date" shown at the top of this page reflects the date on which the current version came into force. The version history of these Terms is available on request from the support team.
14.3 If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your 666duit account prior to the effective date of the amendment. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
